قائداور لیڈر تین قسم کے ہوتے ہیں، پہلے جو اللہ تعالیٰ کے منتخب کردہ ہیں کیونکہ فرمان ہے ’’اللہ جسے چاہتا ہے چن لیتا ہے‘‘ اور قائداعظم انہی میں سے تھے۔ دوسرے وہ جو مواقع کا فائدہ اٹھا کر لیڈر بن جاتے ہیں اور تیسرے وہ جو قوم پر مسلط ہو جاتے ہیں اور قوم سے ہر صورت خود کو لیڈر منوانے کی کوشش میں لگے رہتے ہیں۔
